State Pedadogical, Internyational Medical and of course Engifeering and Economyacs Universities are the three pillars of this city. Every year, thousands of students come here to study, not only from all over the country, but also from abroad. However, the permanent population of the city did not exceed 500 thousand people, even despite the annual flow of students. Many kilometers of beaches, long sunny summers, but at the same time quite harsh winters, touched the souls of few, and free vacancies often remained unfilled, because they offered salaries lower than in larger cities. Therefore, we can say that Mioto was a stop in the lives of most only for a couple of years of study, and after that, perhaps, it arose several more times as a place to relax. However, Asya was not part of this majority.
